The American Arbitration Association � (AAA), with its long history and experience as the leader in the field of alternative dispute resolution, provides services to individuals and organizations who wish to resolve conflicts out of court. AAA has nationwide centers, as well as global locations.

Our division, the New York Insurance Case Management Center (NYICMC) of the American Arbitration Association, successfully mediates and achieves settlement for certain types of disputed auto insurance claims in New York, which includes No-Fault, uninsured motorist, and supplemental underinsured motorist.
