Primary responsibilities will include:
• Coordinate all marketing/sales related events/programs • First line of contact with agents/vendors • Assist with general marketing strategy/agency appointment • Gather/analyze all preliminary documents for appointment • Visit agent offices – marketing & sales • Actively seek out new agents • Review/analyze monthly production numbers • Send out quarterly production report cards to agents • Send out semi-annual & annual report cards to agents • Maintain constant contact with agents • Determine agent rating status
Other tasks that will be required:
• Any other duties assigned by the company from time-to-time
Qualifications:
• Minumum 2 years marketing & sales experience in commercial insurance area. • Have knowledge of commercial insurance products & coverage • Strong interpersonal & organization skills • Preficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, word and powerpoint • Flexible on travel • Bilingual in Chinese or Korean is a plus
